    *Pets must be up-to-date on their vaccinations..

    Reservations: Reservations must be made a minimum of 3 days in advance for returning customers.  7 days in advance for new customers.  However, emergencies and last minute trips do arise.  We will do our best to accommodate those requests.

    Payment: We accept personal checks or cash only. Payment in full is due at the start of the first visit. Check will not be cashed until the first date of service begins. There will be a $35.00 charge on all returned checks.

    Cancellations: Are as follows...

                                        0 - 48 hours prior to any service, and/or Holidays: Payment in full is charged (no refunds)  

                                        2 - 7 days prior to service:  20% of service total is due (equals an 80% refund)

                                        8 days prior to service or more:  No charge, refund in full.

    Reservations are made to plan sitter availability to clients.  Therefore, clients returning home early will be required to pay for the reserved

    amount of time scheduled.


    Supplies: All food, treats, liter etc. must be in your home on the first day of service. If it is necessary for us to provide these items there will be a charge in addition to the cost of the items purchased to properly care for your pets.

    Keys:  We will collect a set of keys from you.  We prefer to retain your keys on file for future services or those last minute needs you may have; however, in the event you want your keys returned an additional $10 pick up/drop off fee will apply.  We will not leave your key inside your home, in case you are delayed in returning and your pet needs more care.

    Holidays: A $3 additional fee per visit for the following holidays: New Years Eve, New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

    SERVICE DESCRIPTIONS

    Initial Booking Consultation (30-60 minutes)
            During this time we will meet with you and your pet(s).  We will gather information from you about your pet’s regular routine so that we can provide the best care to your pets while you are away from home.  We will review all necessary paperwork including house key options and emergency contact information.  We will explain our services and answer any questions you may have.
    This is a required meeting and should be scheduled at least 48 hours prior to service.  This visit is free only with booked service.  **There is a $25 fee for consultations without booked service.  Should you book services in the future, this fee will be used as a credit on your account.**

    Hourly Care (Minimum 60 Minutes)
    Visits that last one hour or longer.

    Extended Visit (Minimum 30-45 Minutes)
    Best for long walks, multiple pet homes, and pets with special diets or special needs.

    Regular Visit (Minimum 20-30 Minutes)
    Our most popular choice. Good for many multiple pet homes, supervised feedings, walks, and play. Most dogs will require 2-4 Regular visits per day. Cats are best with at least 1 visit per day.

    Quick Visit (Minimum 10-20 Minutes)
    Short, can be used as a quick let out or potty break, play time, litter box cleaning, or maybe a 3rd feeding.

    Drop In (5 Minutes or less)
    Short drop in to transfer keys (pick up or drop off), check iron/stove, turn off sprinkler system, close windows, rotate lights/ blinds etc.

    Overnights
    Normally from 9:00pm-7:00am.  Visits during the day not included unless purchasing a package.

    Rates per visit apply within a 10 mile radius of For Pets' Sake! Plus... home office in Millbrook. An additional mileage fee of $1.00 per mile will be added per visit  I use http://www.mapquest.com to determine mileage.
