Teresa has been a God-send for my babies and me.  Because of my job, I am required to travel.  I have a yellow lab and cairn terrier who are my “children”.  My yellow lab, Callie, has always been a very “scary” dog.  She is  afraid of everything and everyone.  Callie wouldn’t allow anyone to care for her or feed her other than me, which restricted me from ever leaving home.  Teresa’s love and patience with Callie has been amazing, and through much perseverance Callie is at ease any time Teresa comes to care for her.  She will go outside to potty and come in at night without hiding and fearing for her life.  I’ve never owned a dog who lived in so much fear, and honestly didn’t know what I was going to do when I had to go out of town.  Now I can do my job without being distracted worrying about my children and whether or not they are ok.  I have complete confidence in Teresa’s abilities and know that Callie and Ozzie are being cared for at all times.  Thanks, Teresa, for all you do!

I am an Emergency Room Physician who works very long hours.  I always wanted two labs but instead owned cats since they did not require the type of attention a dog would need.  I finally gave in and bought my first Lab, Hannah, and would bring her to a dog care facility on my days off until I heard about pet sitting services.  Teresa came into our home and became family immediately.  Her love for animals equaled my own and I was truly fascinated by how much attention she gave my pets.  I then got my second lab, Dexter, and she helped rear this little guy into the gigantic happy lab he is today.  In fact, Teresa saved his life when she came into the home and found he "just did not look good" and when she called me with the details she then took him to the vet.  He was losing his airway from an allergic reaction.  She got him there in time and the vet later told me that if it had not been for the quick thinking of my pet sitter the dog would have died.  On another occasion her incredible motherly instinct saved my fifteen year old cats life.  She has an incredible intuition which money could never buy.  When my father became sick and died last year she immediately came to the forefront to help out since I had to be out of town on multiple occasions and she stayed over so the pets did not feel abandoned.  We no longer call Teresa a "pet sitter" she is our "pet nanny".  What a wonderful blessing to have her in our lives.
